From initial 3D rheological simulation and conformal cooling engineering to high-speed 5-axis CNC machining, automation workcells, and Zeiss CMM qualification.
Every tool project at MJN Moulds undergoes exhaustive rheological simulation using Autodesk Moldflow. We evaluate gate balance, clamp tonnage requirements, fiber orientation in reinforced plastics, warpage deflection, and cooling uniformity prior to steel cutting.
Our Hyderabad plant features climate-controlled machining bays equipped with high-speed Makino 5-axis CNC centers (spindle speeds up to 40,000 RPM) and AgieCharmilles wire EDM machines capable of contouring within ±0.001 mm tolerances.
Zero tools leave our plant without undergoing trial sampling on all-electric injection presses. Parts are 100% verified using Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and optical vision comparators to deliver complete statistical capability studies (CP/CPK > 1.67).
