Standard prototype and validation moulds require 4 to 6 weeks. High-cavitation production moulds (32 to 192 cavities) typically require 10 to 14 weeks from 3D CAD approval to First Article Inspection (FAI) sample dispatch.

We exclusively use premium European steels including Uddeholm Stavax ESR, Orvar Supreme, Corrax, and CPM 10V hardened to 52-56 HRC. We are certified partners with world-leading hot runner manufacturers including Husky, Mold-Masters, Synventive, and Yudo.

Every core, cavity insert, and stripper ring is CNC-ground and wire-EDMed to within ±0.001 mm tolerances in temperature-controlled environments. Spare inserts can be ordered years later and inserted into your tool without hand fitting.
